I met Mario!!!! OK yesterday at Game in Oxford Street I went with a mate of mine to see Charles Martinet (the voice of Mario) and get **** loads of stuff signed. I brought an old photo of myself at the age of 6 with a Mario Cake, a new issue of Nintendo magazine and Super Mario Sunshine just so that i could sell some and i got some postcards. He seemed pretty impressed with my picture as a kid. I'm not sure you'd be getting much eBay money with your name in the autographs. Just his signature would have been better IMO. EDIT: I just saw part2. You had him sign stuff without your name... for your 'friends', yeah right! But yeah, he's very cool. I remember the real time animation he talked about. You know, he seems rather reserved in person. Rather different than the caracters he voices. Though, I got to admit, I always expected him similiar to Mario, tripping on mushrooms and jumping and such. |

Thanks. I hope i can come to UCSD and put my English accent to good use. Heck maybe exagerrate it a little and develop a ridiculous stutter like Hugh Grant and say words like spiffing except i'd probably want to kill myself with all the effort. American girls apparently love English accents, Lord knows why. |
