1 Million Nintendo DS's Sold In UK! Courtesy of JonathanEx of WP Forums & Nintendo.ukSo much for the tight 800,000 DS and 798,000 PSP situation in the UK. Turns out, ChartTrack do not get Toys R Us numbers. A massive retailer for Nintendo. Yes, that's right - the major tracker for sales is off by around 20%. This probably is true for the software numbers too, so maybe Nintendo's been doing much better than thought? The following is the sort of press release by Ninty, with a little dig at Sony noting they are sell-thru numbers.

Sweet. I still am not concerned enough to get one though. Too busy with school to spend money on any more distractions. |

Good to hear. ___________________ I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs. -Thomas Jefferson, |
