End Boss Month '06

All right, ladies and germs. 2006 is nearing its halfway mark, and that means that it's time for your beloved N-Philes staff to create a list of the 30 most unbelievably unbelievable end bosses for your reading pleasure. This year's theme? Baddies begat by Nintendo's blueish box, the lovable GameCube. The 'Cube sports an incredibly diverse selection of game genres, and so this month's variety of bosses should be enough to tide you over until June rolls around again next year.

"But why," you ask, "the GameCube? Surely there are more interesting consoles about which to write! Why not do the 30 top bosses from the Virtual Boy?" Well, dear friend, there were only 14 games released for the Virtual Boy in the United States, and as such we would run out of bosses in approximately two weeks. Bearing this in mind, your N-Philes staff has decided in their infinite wisdom to send the GameCube off the right way and clear the path for the Wii in this, our write-up of the 30 coolest, most difficult, or most off-the-wall bosses this side of Miyamoto's backyard.
